Is this right for me?
Whether you have a strong exercise background or have not done anything since school there will be content for you. Videos range from beginner to advanced though various forms of exercise. If you’re not sure or can’t find the type of videos you want you can request them! This is truly a service for the subscribers!
1st visit to the Studio with a capability assessment.
It was worthwhile and followed by a complete information sheet via email which included appointment summary and home exercise program. A demonstration by Dan was given and a video introduction to various exercises to be undertaken. So far so good.

Thanks for the strengthening exercises for my knee Dan so that I can maybe get past the 7 mile mark. Definitely recommend his expertise.

I visited Dan regarding my Achilles problems. He was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, he was very knowledgeable about my problem and gave me plenty of exercises to help me in my rehabilitation. I would highly recommend Gosport Physiotherapy Clinic to anyone.

Easy to talk to, great communication, clearly knows his stuff and put me at ease with currently nursing back an injury to full health. I doubt you'll find a more knowledgeable physio in the local area.

The most thorough and comprehensive consultation I think I’ve ever had. This excellent physiotherapist really knows his stuff, warm friendly and super clear in advice and developing a plan to resolve a problem. I would 100% recommend to anyone in need of physical therapy.

There are many people out there moving to online exercise classes. This is a great way to engage in regular exercise without leaving your home at a time that suits you.
All videos are created by a Chartered Physiotherapist with postgraduate training in Strength and Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga.
